This excellent coffee comes from Daterra Farms, a large, technically advanced operation which operate a number of plantations. The unroasted green beans arrive at our roastery in vacuum sealed foil bags and are probably the cleanest coffee we see.
Daterra Blue exhibits a sweetness which we bring to the front in a medium roast. In the cup, this coffee exhibits a moderately dry aroma, Lots of nut notes, particularly almond. Lots of sweetness with mild acidity. Well balanced.
